Registration Details

• Conference registration is compulsory for all Delegates and Accompanying Persons.
• Allows access to conference hall, exhibition area, breakfast and lunch.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests should be sent by email only.

Refund and Cancellation

• Up to 31st August 2024: 50% refund only
• 1st September to 20th September 2024: 25% refund only
• After 21st September 2024: No refunds
• All refunds will be made after a deduction of 18% GST
• All refunds will be made 30 days after completion of the conference (Note: Application bank charges will not be refunded for online registration).
